Chanel Brasserie

Paris Fashion Week would be nothing without Chanel putting on a spectacular performance or should I say Karl Largerfeld’s vision of what a Chanel lady gets up to in his creations……

We take a step back in time to the quintessential Parsian ladies afternoon tea. I really feel with this collection we are seeing the true essence of Chanel. All the trade mark component are there pearls, tweed and one must never forget the brooch.

Finishing the looks with slicked hair with an exaggerated parting and heavy eye make up give the collection an edgy feeling.

I’m really enjoying that designers are getting back to what theyre known for true elegance and design…

There was only one collection worth talking about at Paris Fashion Week and that was Balmain…. I felt I was in the middle of the Saturday Night Fever era in Saint Tropez with some of the most glamorously dressed women.

Olivier has once again proven he belongs as the creative director for Balmain not only creating outstanding collections but has made the label one of the most talked and sought after labels this year….
